I had high hopes for this book; unfortunately it fell very short of providing any logical answers. DeeDee writes from the perspectives of professional woman in a very high profile job; mother; wife; daughter; friend to men and women. Her most persuasive and best writing is from her own life; whether it is the illustrative and hilarious story of her small son; daughter and daughter's friend playing house; or her battles in the White House for full title and fair compensation. I unhesitatingly recommend this book.
