After you get used to the flow; there's really a ton of great advice in here. I'm shocked at how many problems and scenarios are the same no matter where or when you minister. He develops this point in many ways including the importance of ministering to each member individually; not wasting time; and guarding one's personal walk with God. Excellent read. Not too challenging; and very devotional.
