All politics is of the devil?By WadeIn light of our current 2016 election cycle; this book is more important now then when it was first published. The church is too involved in the kingdom of the world; and has been for far too long. The author does a great job of defining and contrasting the kingdom of the world and the Kingdom of God. He certainly shows the harm that has happened to the cause of Christ by this worldly political relationship. The book is soundly grounded in the Word. The concepts are challenging. Now I have to work out whether or not I should even vote. I'm glad he included references to Vernard Eller. I would have liked to seen Jacques Ellul included. Many are caught up in the nationalistic; militaristic idea that America is the "chosen" nation. This author was courageous to step up and state the problem; and as a result he lost many of his church members. It's scriptural and well supported.
