Capturing the vanishing memory of ancient rituals; recited texts; and places imbued with echoes of the past; The Enduring SacredLandscape of the Naga recounts the lived texture of human experience in the Mekong River valley. The book reconstructs the history of those areas fused with legends and lore of the tutelary spirits of the region known as the ngu (serpent); ngeuak (salt-water crocodile); and naga (supernatural beings with both snake and human attributes). While naga iconography adorns Buddhist temples throughout Southeast Asia; particularly in Laos and northeastern Thailand;the naga’s pervasive presence is slowly fading from collective memory. By recording extant oral traditions and relying on the fourteenth-century palm-leaf chronicle Urangkhathat; whichmany Western scholars have found to be undecipherable; the authors take the reader on a journey of the sacred sites and culture of the region; its reality and nether world; and the flesh; bone; and soul of the naga. Richly illustrated with nearly a hundred photographs; this book will serve as an evocative testament to the unique cultural traditions of the Mekong Basin.

Her dialogues with Jeshua are powerful and enlightening. They are intelligent; educated communications between a perceptive channel and a highly spiritual being. While "The Keys of Jeshua" contains many biblical references; this is not the Jesus of evangelical Christians. This is the Jeshua of new spirituality; giving us an empowering message of love and joy. This book was published well before the much-hyped "The Secret" but you will find many of the same truths in Glenda's communications with the Master (and in a much less simplistic form). Jeshua talks about how we are creating our own destiny. He also talks about love - how the energy that runs through everything is pure; divine love; and it is available to all of us at any time. He explains complicated matters of science and creation; and provides sage advice for how to understand the world; learn to navigate in the river of life; and embark on a path of enlightenment. Also; I love Glenda's paintings of Jesus. She makes him look strong and charismatic; which of course he must have been when he walked the earth.1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. at least a dozen as it is THE book I love to give awayBy Jacqui GrazianoGlenda Green's experience and writings remain to be my number inspiration in my entire life. has a seeker on a spiritual path since a child; this book along with her first 'Love without End" which I cannot tell how many copies I've purchases...at least a dozen as it is THE book I love to give away; nothing comes close to the wisdom; enlightenment; truth; knowledge; explanations of the large questions we all face at one time or another; nor the love that transmits thru the pages. I will forever be eternally grateful for Mrs. Green having the courage to share her extraordinary experience.2 of 2 people found the following review helpful. Loving...The Keys of Jeshua!By BlueWolfReading the Keys of Jeshua actually brought me to tears. Maybe I can't get over his kindess; his goodness....to be able to communicate with someone such as he...I can't imagine a greater honor. Beautiful story. Very touching; how Glenda and Jeshua started with their communication. A little timid at first; as I would imagine she would be. Then; their conversations turned into friendship. Imagine! Friends...with the blessed one! There's nothing more spectacular than....well; you know....how about having conversations like this with The ONE? If he showed up in your living room every day just to chat and tell you a story to type...now that would be something. It just goes to show; that these higher beings of light are making contact with us now must mean something pretty big is getting ready to happen! Can't wait! I'm definitely ready!
