Online doesn't always translate well to paper!By Chris SterlingThere is little question that Provan knows his topic--there is a lot of useful information here; some of it not found elsewhere. But the book was clearly designed as an ebook first; then simply printed without any attempt at formatting; pagination; or other print book niceties. Given their similar cost; then; the potential reader has a ready choice of going electronic; or obtaining a sometimes frustrating print version of what you can also see on a screen. The photos are few and poorly captioned. In sum--there are many other books that cover this ground more successfully; even at its low price.
