In a modern era where such issues as heresy are either avoided or misconstrued; this text shines through to set the record straight. There are references here you will not find elsewhere. This was written when the Church was still the Church and understood the approaching philosophical milieu that the 20th century would bring. If you subscribe to the theories of those such as Bart Ehrmann; please read this for a sense of balance.
