He has written Marder's THE ANATOMY OF BRITISH SEA POWER for Imperial Russia; but does not write quite as well as Marder. Excellent book for one who wants to know about the Russian navy in the Ironclad period and strategies for it; up to the Russo-Japanese War.Recommended.
