I called customer who called back within 5 minutes as promised. The rep. guided me to try certain things to no avail. So it went to a higher level and it was all there within 24 hours. I found the customer reps. to be very helpful and I even got credit on my account. But; to the book . . .It's a lot of fun as I am interested in the beginnings of Maui--especially the legends. It's something easy to read on your Kindle when you just have a few minutes and also interesting.
