Most of the photos are new; and the few I've seen before over the years are presented in better clarity and; more importantly; more accurate captioning information. Lots of surprises; or should I say shocks. The three volumes will not only make the best reading reference on the 190; but a pretty good investment. Years down the road there won't be too many willing sellers so don't miss out. So; Mr. Creek is there a remote chance we see a Volume 4 with any new information you've received after publishing the first three volumes?4 of 4 people found the following review helpful. Besides the ample number of photos; numerous colored plates there are detailed drawings. Included; also; are the "experimental" projects with as much information as available. Add to this the stories of the pilots themselves and the battle that raged over Germany; the Author has constructed a comprehensive study of the Fw-109.The only place this volume is week on was Allied experiences with captured machines and flight-testing.With that said; any one who clams to be and expert on the Luftwaffe this book and it's companions are a must.5 of 5 people found the following review helpful.
