This volume is a must for all who want to know what has been so well hidden from the public; yet affect us in so many ways! His discussion of the HAARP program is chilling and makes one wonder what is the cause of our "unusual" weather that seems to have had far too many; "Once in a hundred" or "five hundred years" events. We have witnessed yearly weather/earthquake catastrophes that seem to be events yearly wrecking mass destruction on our nation/world. Tornadoes of extreme strength; occuring in January in months that are normally devoid of such disasters are almost common place. WHY?? Climate change? Google "HAARP" and check out what can result from that sinister; government project and it will amaze and frighten the most devoted cynic of "conspiracies." We are living with those HAARP genereated effects! The onset of these disasters is in sync with the activation of the Alaskian array of ionicsphere heaters that CAN wreck such appalling destruction the world has witnessed in the last decade. "Weather warfare" is not a Star Trek fiction! The reality of a "deep state" and/or "breakaway civilization" can be seen as clearly as following the tracks of a jackal; and just as dangerous; producting evidence that begs for a reason! Farrell intricately exposes the agendas of NATO; the Vatican and all the inter related global powers that pull the strings of our world. The black trust funds with Nazi stolen gold funds black projects and off the record power players and their dark desgins.I consider myself to be well read; but this volume deserves being re-read to absorb the remarkable research that gives the catalyst for global changing events. Thought ProvokingBy VitalisThis is another fantastic book written by Dr. Farrell. This one has a many modern implications; and it makes you wonder about the true mechanics of our society.Farrell begins his argument with an in-depth analysis of the Japanese; Spanish; and Italian Bearer Bonds scandals which took place in 2009. He hypothesizes the true motivation of the counterfeits and the powers that are behind such operations. He then continues on by including several quotes made by notable public figures; and how they are hinting at a breakaway society which is attempting to influence the world's economy. Farrell does not make any claims in this book without a good basis and contextual support.In the second section of the book; Farrell ties in this mass system of counterfeit and fraud with covert financing of various paranational operations. He spends a sizable portion of this section discussing the potential weaponization of Earth; and the various hypothetical warfare that may be occuring disguised as natural phenomenom such as hurricanes; tornadoes; earthquakes; etc... He makes reasonable claims with lots of support from outside sources. This section really makes you question some recent "natural" catastophic events.The last section of the book is dedicated to the UFO phenomenom and the breakaway civilization which is potentially behind a large portion of it. Since the subject of UFOs is still widely debated; the reader should keep an open mind when reading this part. Basically; Farrell discusses American historical accounts of flying objects in the late 1800s and the mass cover-ups that began soon afterwards. The last few chapters of the book cover the subject of nuclear weapon developments in America and Soviet Russia; and how there were numerous reported incidents of UFO activity.In my opinion; this particular book is one of the most contemporary pieces of literature Farrell or anyone has written about a post-WWII breakaway society. Farrell really connects a lot of points in this book. It really makes you question recent political; economic; and natural events and who is really making the decisions. The money trail continues till an interesting event that happens on June 3; 2009. When the Italian financial police arrest two Japanese men trying to smuggle 249 bearer bonds in the $500;000;000 denomination and 10 in $100;000;000;000 denomination. I tried to check into the event and it seems it may have happened; but my Italian is not too good.The author points out that one does not counterfeit what does not exist. That one can reasonably expect to tender in a transaction to a target group and that must tailor its counterfeit function to a target's scale of affluence; and do so without raising suspicion. He fully delves into the ramifications of this act The next chapters investigate international banking irregularities and missing World War II money.The second half of the book deals with advanced weather weaponry and the possible existence of a second space program. I really found the first half of the book very fascinating; but the book could probably have had a better title. The problem is that the book deals with a very unique premise; interesting to read but hard to label.
