A must-read for any new commander or First Sergeant!By Michael RummelhoffThis book was required reading for all senior leadership in our Battalion years ago and is extremely useful to both new First Sergeants and Commanders. It was also recommended reading by the Sergeants Major Academy for all First Sergeant Course attendees. I gave this to my daughter when she was promoted and became a Battery (Company) Commander. I have also given this to every new commander/first sergeant I have met or known for over twenty years now and will continue to do so as long as it is available (no longer readily available at AAFES clothing sales stores).0 of 0 people found the following review helpful.
