Helps you get out and see historical CharlestonBy John B.I live here in Charleston and this guidebook is great; especially if you want to see the history. It also is useful in pointing out photo worthy highlights. But don't think this book is exhaustive. There is a lot more to see in Charleston than this book portrays. The benefit here is that it packages things in terms of efficiency (no need to double back to see what you missed) and gets many of the historical highlights. If you're coming to Charleston; or Charleston is a favorite place of yours; this book will help you plan and/or reminisce.7 of 7 people found the following review helpful. A terrific bookBy S.
