He was nice and very helpful and took time to talk about different aspects of armor and how to identify eras and how to spot fakes. Later I saw this book on and purchased it; and it happened to be authored by none other than the same man that had been helping me along. I read the book; several times; and it is amazing and very informative. A must read for any collector or by anyone that appreciates fine craftsmanship.
