I had known that he had long been involved in television productions; but this greatly increased my knowledge. As usual with Charles River Editions; it both cites sources for it's various statements and provides a bibliography for additional reading. Both practices are to be commended.0 of 1 people found the following review helpful. good bookBy C WJim Henson was truly a persistent pioneer; akin to Disney; in his unique talent and magical touch entertaining children and adults. He was also a pioneer in the media education of children; highlighting moral and ethical aspirations. An enjoyable; brief read on his story...0 of 1 people found the following review helpful. pretty goodBy Customeran interesting read; although it gets a little tedious with details of the many career moves. who doesn't like the muppets; mom and apple pie.
