We used it to prepare for our trip to Normandy and found it to be exactly what we needed. It is small enough to carry along and yet large enough to contain the information that you want to have handy.0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. ... if you have recently visited that area chances are good that you will enjoy this bookBy BiggyIf you plan to visit the Normandy region or even if you have recently visited that area chances are good that you will enjoy this book. If you're looking for extensive background information or an in depth analysis of the invasion; forget it. But; as a recent visitor; I thoroughly enjoyed this book. And; it's cheap;too.2 of 2 people found the following review helpful. small bookBy susanSeems to have been inexpensively produced with so- so photographs in black and white appearing periodically. The caption for the photos was not always beneath the image..not always easy to figure out.
