There is even a little humor mixed in; if one looks closely for it.— Clearly labeled sections with a good table of contents. If you're using this for a college class; you'll really appreciate these traits.Cons:— All of the information is very superficial. You won't be able to get real history out of this; just a summary of events (And no; a summary of events is not "history" as a historian might understand the term.)— Very poor citations; which means this book is unlikely to ever be able to help someone with research. It's not a good source itself; and it's difficult to find other sources from the bibliography.0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. A Short History of Rennaissance and Reformation.By CustomerVery informative of the Renaissance and Reformation period in Europe. However it spends more time on Italy than anywhere else.1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. Good resourceBy Tommy guynesGood overview of the Renaissance and Reformation.
